We get it - things come up, and sometimes you can't make it. Here's how to cancel your spot in a few easy steps.
- Open the plan you'd like to cancel
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top right corner
- Select Cancel reservation
- You'll be asked to confirm — tap Yes, cancel to proceed, or No, nevermind to keep your spot
Refunds
Cancel more than 24 hours before your event and you'll receive a full refund automatically. Cancel within 24 hours and your RSVP fee is non-refundable.
Refunds are processed immediately, but depending on your bank it can take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
