Since Plans is SMS-first, your phone number is how we send you invites and keep you updated. Here's how to verify it:
- Enter your phone number: During onboarding or when joining as a +1, you’ll be asked to enter your mobile number, including the correct country code.
- Receive a verification code: We’ll send a one-time code to your phone by SMS.
- Enter the code: Type it in to confirm it’s your number.
That’s it. Once confirmed, you’re all set.
Didn’t receive your code?
If your code hasn’t arrived, here are a few things to try:
- Check your number: make sure it's entered correctly, including the country code.
- Resend the code: tap the resend option on the verification screen and wait a few minutes for the new SMS to arrive.
- Check your connection: make sure you have a stable signal or Wi-Fi connection, and avoid switching networks while you wait.
